Once you have accepted our proposal, we will prepare a service agreement that outlines the scope of our services, timeline, and fees. The service agreement must be signed by both parties before any work can begin.
We require a deposit before beginning any work. The remaining balance is due upon completion of the project Milestones. We accept payment via bank transfer or credit card. If there are any changes to the scope of the project, we reserve the right to adjust the fees accordingly.
All intellectual property rights, including but not limited to patents, copyrights, trademarks, and trade secrets, in the software developed by us, shall be the exclusive property of our Custom Software Development Company. We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software for your internal business purposes only.
We understands the importance of confidentiality and will take all reasonable measures to protect your confidential information. We will not disclose any confidential information to any third party without your prior written consent, except as required by law.
We warrants that the software developed will be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of 30 days from the date of delivery. If any defects are discovered during this period, we will use reasonable efforts to correct them.
Our company’s liability for any damages arising from the provision of services, including but not limited to indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, is limited to the amount paid for the services by you.
Either party may terminate this agreement upon written notice to the other party. In the event of termination, all payments due up to the date of termination will be payable.
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which our company is located.
Our company reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any amendments will be communicated to you in writing.
